We currently accept film proposals (features and shorts) from film producers, film authors, and film-right holders.
If you wish to submit your completed feature film or short film for consideration with view to possible distribution, please send the following materials (in a message marked with film title) to distribution@dorobantu.biz :
- Complete Film Documentation as a PDF document in English, consisting of:
– Film Title,
– Film Genre,
– Film Length,
– Film Logline,
– Film Synopsis,
– Main Production Country,
– Film Completion Date,
– Film Language(s),
– Director Name,
– Director Biography and Filmography,
– Producer Name,
– Producer Filmography,
– Production Company (if any) and Production Company Filmography,
– Cast List (if any),
– Main Crew List,
– Music Rights Cleared (please specify),
– Film Festival Record (if any) and Festival Awards (if any),
– Current Distribution Status (if any Distribution Contracts or Agreements are already in place, please specify full Distributor Data, as well as Distribution Media, Distribution Territory, and Distribution Term),
– Current Release Status (Film already Publicly Released or Not – if yes, please specify and Document with Links),
– Technical Specifications (Shoot Format, Final Format, Picture Format, Sound Format),
– Film Production Budget,
– Existing Contracts or Agreements (if any) regarding Film Profit Share or Film Revenue Share,
– Name, Telephone Number and E-Mail Address of Film Contact Person and Film Submitter. - Film Screening Link and Password.
- Film Still Photos.
- Film Poster (if any available).
- Director Photo.
- Producer Photo.
Note: Only complete film submissions, as required here above, will be considered.
Upon receipt of your film submission, we shall confirm it by email – only if your film submission is accepted as complete.
Depending on the current number of film submissions, the film consideration process may take between 30 and 60 days.
Once your submitted film has been considered, you will be contacted by us – only in case that we are interested in distributing the film.
By submitting a film, you automatically confirm that you are legally entitled to submit the film for distribution consideration and that you have all legal rights in the submitted film or that you are an authorized legal representative of the film rights holder. (Legal evidence and / or certification may be required.)
By submitting a film, you automatically further confirm that you fully understand and entirely accept that Dorobantu Film & Television has absolutely no obligations towards you, or towards the film, or towards any third party.
All short and feature film genres (such as action, adventure, drama, and so on) and film categories (fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, and so on) are currently accepted for consideration.
